PRINTING

  • Yes, Cavan is happy to accommodate custom requests. To discuss your needs, please reach out through the contact form with details about your request. Cavan aims to respond within 24 hours.

  • Cavan personally oversees the printing process to ensure the finest quality for each print. From his studio, he manages small to large format orders, meticulously testing and reviewing each piece before being printed locally on the Gold Coast.

  • Cavan’s prints are crafted using 310gsm 100% cotton museum-grade paper, offering a smooth, white surface finish that ensures exceptional image clarity and detail. This choice enhances the depth and detail of each photograph, ensuring they stand the test of time.

  • Each print is produced using genuine pigment inks. These archival-grade inks ensure vibrant, long-lasting colors to stand the test of time, making them a perfect addition to any space.

  • Digital downloads of Cavan’s Fine Art Photography are not available for general use. However, for collaborations or specific licensing agreements, inquiries are welcome to discuss potential options.

FRAMING

  • Cavan’s Fine Art Prints are available framed or unframed. If you choose a framed print, it will be professionally framed using high-quality materials, including Artglass™ or acrylic glazing for larger sizes, ensuring the perfect display.

  • Cavan offers a selection of solid wood frames made from plantation-grown, environmentally sustainable timber. Customers can choose from matte white, matte black, or an Oak finish, ensuring a perfect complement to any artwork.

  • Each custom frame is handcrafted by a skilled team of local master picture framers on the Gold Coast, Australia, ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail in every piece.

  • Artglass™ is a high-quality, non-reflective glass that blocks up to 70% of harmful UV rays. This protects the artwork from fading while eliminating glare, ensuring the best possible visibility in any lighting conditions.

  • For Cavan’s largest Signature-sized frames, high-grade acrylic glazing is used instead of traditional glass. This option is lightweight, shatterproof, and offers superior optical clarity, ensuring both safety and stunning display quality.

  • Yes, all frames are professionally finished with hangers and wire, making them ready to hang upon arrival. This ensures a hassle-free experience when displaying your artwork.

  • To maintain the longevity and vibrancy of your print, avoid placing it in direct sunlight, even with UV-protective glazing. Dust the frame gently with a soft, dry cloth, and avoid using harsh chemicals or water on the surface.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Cavan’s website accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additionally, customers can use PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a seamless shopping experience. For Australian customers, AfterPay is also available, allowing you to shop now and pay later.

  • Once an order has begun processing at our printing facilities, changes cannot be made. However, if you notice an error during the checkout process, please contact us within 12-24 hours, and we will do our best to correct any mistakes.

DELIVERY

  • Each artwork is custom-made, so please allow 1–2 weeks for printing and framing by our team of Master Picture Framers. Delivery times vary depending on location:

    • Metro areas: 2 to 5 business days
    • Regional & remote areas: Up to 2 weeks
      Please note that during peak periods, such as Christmas and public holidays, shipping times may be extended.
  • Currently, we only ship within Australia. If you’re located outside of Australia and are interested in purchasing a print, please contact us to discuss potential options.

  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes. All orders must be delivered to a physical address. If you prefer, we can arrange for your order to be delivered to your company or work address instead.

RETURNS

  • While we strive for perfection, issues can occasionally occur. If your product was damaged during shipping or if you received an incorrect item, please provide us with photos to verify the damage or confirm the incorrect item. This helps us understand what went wrong and ensures we can prevent similar issues in the future.

     

    We will gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. Please email close-up and full-view photos of the damaged or incorrect prints to sales@flynn.com.au.

  • We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to discuss any issues. However, please note that as our prints are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
